ABOUT

Our Commitment
Safe Space Collective LLC is a virtual outpatient counseling practice that serves men, women, and children of all races and backgrounds, with a special focus on supporting BIPOC individuals. The practice is dedicated to helping those experiencing emotional challenges and mental health conditions such as anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma.
Founded by Tamika Lynch, a woman of color with a deep passion for helping others, Safe Space Collective was created to address the unmet needs in mental health care—especially within underserved communities. Tamika brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including more than 12 years of leadership in mental health business, and currently serves as a professor of psychology. Her professional insight and lived experience inform the practice’s unique approach to culturally responsive care.
Though the practice is new and currently in the development phase—with no staff or clients yet—it stands out for its unwavering commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all. Special attention is given to addressing the unique challenges and systemic barriers often faced by BIPOC individuals in accessing quality mental health services.
This is more than a wellness service. This is a movement for collective care.
